On January 19, 2025, the Overseas Expansion Committee of the Hunan Xiang Cuisine Ingredients Industry Alliance was officially launched in Changsha, marking a new stage in the organized global promotion of Hunan’s culinary industry.

The committee will integrate supply chain, branding, exhibition, and overseas channel resources to help local enterprises expand internationally. It is led by Director Mr. Duan Xiaoxiao and Deputy Director Ms. Liu Jiani（Jenny Liu,GM of JYXEXPO）, with Professor Zhou Xiaoyun serving as strategic advisor.

Key tasks include sharing overseas market information, organizing participation in international food exhibitions, supporting brand and channel development abroad, and facilitating cross-border investment.

Ms. Liu Jiani stated that her company will actively support enterprises in “going global as a group” through exhibitions and business matching, enhancing Hunan cuisine’s global presence.
